FLIES
More about Flies
True flies are insects of the order Diptera. The most obvious distinction from other orders of insects is that a typical fly possesses a pair of flight wings on the body. Flies are adapted for aerial movement and typically have short and streamlined bodies. Flies have a mobile head with eyes and in most cases have large compound eyes on the sides of the head.
Flies can be a nuisance inside and outside your property, especially around kitchens and restaurants. They can create serious health issues because of all the diseases that they can spread to humans and animals including typhoid fever, cholera, bacillary dysentery and hepatitis. Flies spread diseases readily because they move quickly from rotting contaminated areas to exposed human foods. Because they only have two wings flies must often land, and therefore deposit thousands of bacteria each time they sit on a new location.
